Part of our purpose is to showcase your events (and to try to avoid those dreaded event clashes). If you’re planning an event that would interest our travel PR and media community, this is the place to add it. Once submitted, our team will review the details before it goes live on the calendar. Please take a moment to read the terms below so we can keep everything clear and consistent.

Our terms:

By submitting an event to the Travel PR Association (TPRA) Events Calendar, you agree to the following:

1. Approval: All events will be reviewed by TPRA before publication. Submission does not guarantee approval.
2. Discretion: TPRA and The Travel Connection Group reserve the right to decline or remove any event at their sole discretion.
3. Conduct: Events must not bring TPRA, The Travel Connection Group, or the wider travel PR and media industry into disrepute.
4. Accuracy: It is the responsibility of the event organiser to ensure that all details are accurate and kept up to date.
5. Legal: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
