Zoom Out brings the travel media and PR community together in London for relaxed, sociable networking events built around one simple idea: good people, good conversation and a shared experience that reminds us why we enjoy this industry so much.
Held four times a year, each Zoom Out takes over a different London venue, bringing together travel journalists, editors and content creators with PR professionals representing some of the biggest destinations and travel brands.
No speed networking. No endless presentations. Just useful introductions, good conversations and the chance to meet the people behind the emails.

Get out from behind the screen
Travel PR might happen increasingly online, but relationships still matter.
Zoom Out creates the space to meet face to face, discover new stories, make new contacts and catch up with familiar ones in an informal setting.
Each event is different, shaped in part by the venue or partner hosting us, but the principle remains the same: bring together interesting people from across the travel industry and give them the time and space to talk.
Zoom Out is open to eligible TPRA members, with invited travel media joining as our guests.

Zoom Out brings together travel journalists, editors, broadcasters and content creators alongside travel PRs, tourist boards, destinations, hotels, tour operators and other travel brands.
It’s an opportunity to make connections without the formality of a traditional industry event — whether that’s finding your next story, meeting a new media contact, discovering a destination or simply putting a face to a familiar name.

Hosting a Zoom Out gives destinations, hotels, venues and travel brands an opportunity to welcome travel media and PR professionals into their world, tell their story and start conversations face to face.
Partnerships can be shaped around what you want to showcase and might include venue hosting, destination takeovers, food and drink, entertainment, experiences or other creative activations.
